ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
At IMARA, we approach architecture as a thoughtful and intentional process, where every decision grows from a deep understanding of the site, the climate, the cultural context, and the people who will inhabit the space. We design projects that balance functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics—responding not only to practical needs, but also to the emotional experience of our clients…
Our design process begins with a thorough analysis of the site and the architectural program, allowing us to create spaces that are efficient, flexible, and timeless. We integrate bioclimatic principles, smart construction strategies, and a contemporary vision that prioritizes comfort, durability, and a strong project identity.
Each project is unique and developed through an ongoing dialogue with the client. Our goal is not only to create architecture that looks compelling, but that is truly lived in—spaces that evolve gracefully over time and establish a genuine connection with their surroundings.
FROM CONCEPT TO SPACE
We see architectural design as a structured and intentional process, where each stage brings clarity and value to the project. We begin with a conceptual phase in which we listen closely to the client, analyze the context, and define the core design idea through initial concepts and schematic proposals…
We then further develop the project by refining the spatial layout, architectural expression, and the details that shape its identity. We rely on 3D models and visual representations to provide a comprehensive understanding of the space. The design is subsequently translated into a complete technical set, coordinated with the various engineering disciplines to ensure accurate execution on site.
The process is complemented by interior design and the project’s visual production, ensuring that every decision aligns with a coherent, functional, and aesthetic vision. In this way, we guide our clients from the initial idea through to a project that is fully developed, ready to be built—and ready to be lived in.
